GT1 World Championship 2010 - Round 2 'Tourist Trophy' - Silverstone 1st & 2nd May 2010.
The FIA GT1 championship has been renamed and relaunched for the 2010 season. The second round of the 2010 GT1 World Championship took place at the new Silverstone 'Arena' Grand Prix circuit over the May day bank holiday weekend. The Silverstone race proved to be a very unlucky one for the Matech Ford GT that had been so dominant in the opening round at Abu Dhabi a few weeks before. Victory this time went to the UK based #22 Sumo Power Nissan GTR.
